Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information the Winning Mark Racing website collects. The short version: it collects none directly.
Who we are
Winning Mark Racing is a horse racing tips account on X (@WinningMarkRace). This website shows the tips and their results. To contact us, send a message to @WinningMarkRace on X.
What this website collects
This website has no accounts, no forms, no comments and no sign-up. It does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not ask you for any personal information.
What our hosting provider records
Like almost every website, the service that hosts these pages automatically records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, the page requested, your browser type and the time. This is used to run and secure the site. We do not use it to identify you. The hosting provider handles this information under its own privacy policy.
Fonts
The fonts on this site are stored on the site itself, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font provider when you visit.
Links to other sites
This site links to X, BeGambleAware and other organisations. Those sites have their own privacy notices and we are not responsible for them. If you follow us on X, X's privacy policy applies to that.
If this changes
If we add anything that collects personal information, such as a mailing list for a VIP service or analytics, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal information held about you, including the right to ask what is held and to ask for it to be deleted. Because this site does not collect personal information, there is normally nothing to access or delete, but you can ask by messaging @WinningMarkRace on X. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
