Terms of use and disclaimer
Please read these terms before you use this website. They are short and in plain English.
Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
18+ only
This site is for people aged 18 or over. Gambling is not for under 18s. If you are under 18, please leave this site.
Information and opinion only
The tips and results on this site are opinion and information. They are not financial, legal or betting advice, and nothing here is a guarantee or promise of profit. Past results do not predict future ones, and you can lose money betting.
Your decisions
You decide whether to bet and how much. You are solely responsible for your bets. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Our responsible gambling page lists where to get help.
Odds and results
Tips are recorded at the odds given when they were posted. Odds change quickly and can be unavailable by the time you look, so the prices on this site may not be available to you. Profit figures use level stakes of 1 point per tip (a straight win is 1 point on the win, and an each way bet is 0.5 points each way), show any Rule 4 deductions, and are for information only.
We aim to keep the record complete and accurate. If you think a result is wrong, tell us on X and we will check it and correct it.

Winning Mark Racing does not take bets or hold your money, and this site does not accept payments.
